I was glad to read about this economist. He taught in Milan at Bocconi university, the school where I will study my junior year!

I think that capitalism has already had its evolution in after capitalism. If we want to analyze the new orizontal system applied by all the new management theory, if we want to analyze the democratization of most of the service startup brought disrupting old economy, we can conclude that today's economy sees an evolution of original capitalism. A synthesis between socialism and capitalism. An economy where people are step by step understanding that profit is just a part of a wider equation.
